Notes on apartment prices:
1) The above prices are for 2 people sharing one bedroom - for use of second bedroom or each extra person staying there is a charge of £25 per person per week.
2) A supplement of £25 is charged on bookings of less than 2 weeks in July & August.
VILLA SUSPIRO DEL MORO:
September-December - from £750 per week
Christmas Week - from £950 per week
Ski-ing Weeks - from £950 per week
(January to March 14th)
March 14th-June - from £750 per week
July-August - from £950 per week
Notes on villa prices:
1) The above prices are for up to 6 persons utilising up to 3 bedrooms of their choice - for 7-8 persons, or the use of all 4 bedrooms, there is an additional charge of £75 per week.

CLEANING,TOWELS AND BEDLINEN:
The apartments and villa are thoroughly cleaned before your stay. Quality bath towels and bedlinen are provided. Guests are kindly requested to bring their own beach towels.
TRAVEL COTS AND BABY ITEMS:
Travel cots are available at a cost of £10 per week (guests are requested to bring their own baby bedlinen). We also have available for hire other baby items e.g. high chairs and baths etc, please ask for details.
DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS:
A 50% deposit is payable at time of booking along with a refundable security/damage deposit of £25 per person (minimum £100). The balance is payable 6 weeks before arrival.
Any breakages/damage will be deducted from the security/damage deposit.
We accept payment in both sterling and euros.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE DAYS:
Apartment Number Four: Saturdays.
Villa: Saturdays preferred.
Apartment Artesania: Flexible.
We always try to accommodate all requests for alternative arrival/departure days although in the busy Summer months this is not always possible.
Guests are kindly requested to vacate by 11 a.m. on day of departure (10 a.m. in the villa). In order for us to give the same very high standards of cleanliness & presentation we welcome new guests from 4 p.m. onwards.
Please note that late evening arrivals may be subject to a 'late meet' fee of £25 so please bear this is mind when making your travel arrangements. Please contact us if you have any concerns regarding your arrival time.
SMOKING:
We thank guests not to smoke inside the apartments or the villa.
PETS:
Sorry, we do not allow pets.
PARKING:
There is parking outside both the apartments and the villa.
